Q: When will 2019.1 be available for test and upgrade?
A: We are targeting next week for the release of 2019.1.
Q: Once we move to 2019.1, when will the Laserfiche barcode for invoices be available?
A: Invoice barcoding has been available with a specific Brother label printer since 2018.1.
Q: Is there any plan to integrate Onbase as you are with Laserfiche?
A: Tyler offers a document management solution called Tyler Content Manager. There are also some New World clients using Onbase currently with a screen scraping type of technology. This may be a good topic to bring up on Tyler Community.
Q: For the ACH addenda will it allow for data for multiple invoices?
A: Currently, the ACH addenda ties to payments and individual invoices.
Q: Will the un-advance budget process undo the current level and open up the previous level or will it recalculate the previous level?
A: It will undo the current level and open up the previous level.
Q: Will there be security components to limit the Payroll information in G/L Inquiry?
A: Functionality is the same as 2018.1. User-based security drives who can see this information in G/L Inquiry.
Q: For 2019.1, do you need to be on Windows 10 or higher?
A: We offer full support for Windows 8.1. Windows 8 and Windows 7 also should work but were not tested specifically with this release.
Q: Does 2019.1 include approvals for Payment Batches?
A: The functionality in this area is the same as 2018.1. This area does not offer approval workflow.
Q: Will Socrata have a budgeting functionality similar to what Questica and OpenGov are offering?
A: This is a good question to bring up with customer care, who can get you in contact with a resource from Socrata.
Q: Munis has developed an application for fully automated A/P processing and three-way match (session at Connect). Will this be developed for NWS?
A: This is not currently in planning for New World ERP.
